The ratio can be formed in three different ways, like the fraction, with a decimal or just a plain number. A percentage is only a number which signifies how much of something is there or not there.
We came to choose out which would be better to deal with, ratio or a percentage? We would have to figure out which would be better to use when you're at a restaurant or at the food store buying food. At one of those moments I think that the percentage would be a better way of figuring out which one cost less and it could help you because if you had the ratio you could be confused on which way you want it to look.
